5. Rights and Obligations

6.3. ZeroGame®'s Rights
a) ZeroGame® reserves the right to monitor all streaming activities and remove any content that violates this agreement.
b) ZeroGame® may impose temporary or permanent bans on Users who repeatedly violate the streaming guidelines.
7. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Refunds
a) Users must provide accurate payment information for deposits and withdrawals.

c) Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
8. Product, Services, and Product Returns
