This agreement governs the sale and purchase of in-game services (hereinafter referred to as "In-Game Services"), including all in-game materials such as items, skins, characters, and gold bars (in-game currency), as well as the streaming of games and support mechanisms for streamers on the ZeroGame platform.

Parties

Marketplace: Refers to the platform operating under the domain name https://zero.game, which acts as an intermediary service for In-Game Services by connecting Buyers and Sellers.

Seller: Refers to any third party providing In-Game Services, including items, skins, characters, and gold bars, by creating a listing on the Marketplace.

Buyer: Refers to any individual purchasing In-Game Services from the Marketplace.

Streamer: Refers to any individual broadcasting live gameplay on the ZeroGame platform.

Viewer/Supporter: Refers to any individual watching a stream and providing support (e.g., monetary contributions) to the Streamer.

Streamer and Viewer/Supporter Terms

Streamer Obligations

  • Content Guidelines: Streamers must ensure that their content is gaming-related and adheres to ZeroGame's community guidelines. Content must not include inappropriate material such as violence, hate speech, nudity, or illegal activities.
  • Support Mechanism: Streamers may receive support from Viewers through ZeroGame's support system (hereinafter referred to as "ZeroSupport").
  • Fees and Commissions: ZeroGame may charge a commission on all support received by Streamers. The commission rate is subject to change and will be communicated to Streamers in advance.
  • Account Security: Streamers are responsible for the security of their accounts and must not share login information with anyone.

Viewer/Supporter Obligations

  • Support Mechanism: Viewers may provide support to Streamers through ZeroSupport. All support transactions are final and non-refundable.
  • Fraud Prevention: Viewers must not engage in fraudulent activities, such as using stolen payment methods, to provide support. ZeroGame reserves the right to investigate and take action against fraudulent accounts.
  • Respectful Behavior: Viewers must adhere to ZeroGame's community guidelines and refrain from abusive or inappropriate behavior in chat or comments.

ZeroSupport Fees

  • ZeroGame may charge a commission on all support transactions. The commission rate is subject to change.
  • Streamers will receive their earnings after deducting ZeroGame's commission.

Disputes and Refunds

  • All support transactions are final and non-refundable.
  • In case of disputes between Streamers and Viewers, ZeroGame will mediate and resolve the issue based on the evidence provided.

Seller Obligations

  • Delivery Time: The Seller agrees to deliver the In-Game Service to the Buyer within 1 hour of the sale.
  • Accurate Listings: The Seller must ensure that the category, server information, and description of the In-Game Service are accurate and match the uploaded images.
  • Account Security: The Seller is responsible for the security of their account and must not share login information with anyone.
  • Verified Membership: The Seller must be a verified member with a registered mobile phone number and must log in promptly to deliver the In-Game Service.
  • Price and Content: The Seller cannot update the price, server, or content of a listing after it is sold or pending delivery.
  • Failed Deliveries: If the In-Game Service is lost or stolen, the Seller must remove the listing before it is sold. Failed deliveries will result in negative ratings and potential suspension.
  • Liability for Retrieval: The Seller is liable for any issues arising from the retrieval of the In-Game Service, including bans or theft, for 30 days after the sale.
  • Earnings and Commissions: The Seller agrees that earnings from sales will be subject to Marketplace commission rates (20%, 15%, 12%, or 10%) and may be held for 72 hours for security checks.
  • Identity Verification: The Seller must provide proof of identity (e.g., ID card, residence certificate) if requested by the Marketplace.
  • Rollback Process: If a rollback occurs due to game disruptions, the Seller must return the In-Game Service to the Marketplace or face legal action.

Buyer Obligations

  • The Buyer assumes full responsibility for the In-Game Service upon receipt.
  • The Buyer must contact the Seller immediately after purchase and cannot cancel the transaction within the 1-hour delivery period.
  • If the Seller fails to deliver within 1 hour, the Buyer may cancel the transaction or wait up to 24 hours.
  • The Buyer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the In-Game Service before purchase.
  • The Buyer must approve the delivery of the In-Game Service via Live Support. Once approved, the Buyer cannot claim non-receipt or return the service.
  • If a rollback occurs, the Buyer must wait for the Seller to return the In-Game Service to the Marketplace.
