Video Streaming: The live or pre-recorded broadcast of gaming content only by Users on the Website.

Live Game Streaming: Real-time broadcasting of gameplay by Users/Streamers on the Website.

Content: Any material, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio, uploaded or streamed by Users.

Marketplace: A platform where buyers and sellers meet for shopping.

3. Subject and Scope

The subject of this agreement is to define the Services offered on the Website, including video streaming, live game streaming, and marketplace services. The scope includes this agreement, its annexes, and all representations made by ZeroGame® concerning the use, membership, and Services on the Website.

4. Terms of Registration and Use of Service

a) Registration is completed by providing the necessary identity details and confirming the registration on the Website.

b) Users of this website are required to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and guidelines in their respective jurisdictions, including but not limited to the Middle East, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, and Turkey.

c) Streaming content must be gaming-related and must not include rude, sexual, racist, or otherwise inappropriate material.

5. Rights and Obligations

5.1. User's Rights and Obligations

a) Users must comply with the terms of this agreement and all applicable laws.

b) Users are solely responsible for the security of their account credentials.

c) Users must not share, distribute, or copy any content from the Website without prior written consent from ZeroGame®.

d) Users engaging in video streaming or live game streaming must ensure that their content adheres to community guidelines and does not violate any laws or regulations.

5.2. ZeroGame®'s Rights and Obligations

a) ZeroGame® reserves the right to amend the Services and content provided on the Website at any time.

b) ZeroGame® is not liable for typographical errors in product prices or instant price changes.

c) ZeroGame® may use User data for security, statistical analysis, and service improvement.

d) ZeroGame® reserves the right to suspend or terminate any streaming activity that violates this agreement or applicable laws.

6. Video Streaming and Live Game Streaming

6.1. Content Guidelines

a) All streaming content must be related to gaming and must not include inappropriate material such as violence, hate speech, nudity, or illegal activities.

b) Users must respect intellectual property rights and must not stream content they do not own or have permission to broadcast.

6.2. Streaming Obligations

a) Users are responsible for ensuring that their streaming setup meets the minimum requirements for a smooth streaming experience.

b) Users must not engage in activities that disrupt the streaming experience of others.

6.3. ZeroGame®'s Rights

a) ZeroGame® reserves the right to monitor all streaming activities and remove any content that violates this agreement.

b) ZeroGame® may impose temporary or permanent bans on Users who repeatedly violate the streaming guidelines.

7. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Refunds

a) Users must provide accurate payment information for deposits and withdrawals.

b) Withdrawals are only permitted for earnings from sales on the Marketplace.

c) Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

8. Product, Services, and Product Returns

a) Products such as in-game items, skins, and keys are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

b) Sellers are responsible for accurate product descriptions and timely delivery.

c) Buyers may cancel orders if the seller fails to deliver within the specified time frame.
